Hello!
I am Hisatsugu Kurimoto, Director of One Clinic Kojimachi, an orthopedic clinic in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, near Kojimachi and Hanzomon Stations.
The philosophy of this clinic is "to make you look forward to tomorrow."
I have extensive experience and knowledge in orthopedic surgery, especially in the fields of spine and sports, and have performed more than 2,000 surgeries, including injuries to active athletes.
And over the past several years I have been thinking of "how to prevent injuries and keep the body free from surgery."
For those who suffer from physical problems, pain and anxiety can have a significant impact on their daily lives. To resolve them, specialized treatment is necessary.
"To move without anxiety, to live a pain-free life."
We strive to provide accurate medical care by attending to the concerns of our patients.
In addition to rehabilitation by physical therapists with extensive experience in supporting athletes and working at specialized hospitals, we also offer regenerative medicine for pain such as osteoarthritis and tendonitis at our own expense.

We apply specialized expertise to address a wide variety of conditions.: Hello, I am Tsunaki Nishimura, a physical therapist at One Clinic Kojimachi - Body Care Lab in Kojimachi, Chiyoda Ward. I have 15 years of clinical experience (as of 2023). My journey began with rehabilitation work for conflict orphans overseas, followed by employment in orthopedics, where I focused on both outpatient and home rehabilitation. Drawing on my experience in establishing medical fitness centers, home-visit nursing stations, and disability welfare services, I now support a diverse range of patients at our clinic, from preschool children to the elderly, as well as in sports rehabilitation. My aim is to assist patients in achieving early recovery by providing personalized care that addresses their physical concerns.
In sports rehabilitation, I specialize in treating sports-related injuries and enhancing performance, including in combat sports, ball games, and triathlons.

In my previous role, I was responsible for patients ranging from elementary school children to the elderly through outpatient care. I enjoy climbing as a hobby, which places strain on the fingers, shoulders, and upper body. Through this, I have developed expertise in upper limb disorders, from the shoulders down to the hands. I am committed to offering detailed support to help patients recover as quickly as possible. I aim to provide support that makes patients feel, "I’m glad I came."

I have worked in orthopedic care, focusing on outpatient rehabilitation and sports rehabilitation, and later in a general hospital, specializing in stroke rehabilitation and respiratory rehabilitation.
