A key feature of home-visit rehabilitation is its focus on improving movement in "actual daily life settings."

One Clinic Kojimachi ~Karada Care Lab~, an orthopedic clinic near Kojimachi and Hanzomon stations, offers small-group outpatient rehabilitation aimed at improving daily living activities and maintaining and enhancing physical fitness. They provide individualized programs tailored to each person's physical condition and lifestyle goals.
Unlike typical day services, our small-group, calm environment allows specialized staff to carefully monitor each individual's movements, ensuring safe and effective physical exercises.

This service is for individuals certified as requiring support levels 1-2 or care levels 1-5, who are able to commute to our hospital (we do not currently provide transportation).
