General Orthopedics

*

In general orthopedics, we treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions affecting the bones, joints, ligaments, and muscles (excluding the head and face), including trauma, fractures, joint issues, and spinal disorders. Even the same condition can present different symptoms in each individual, so it is important to address each symptom appropriately and identify the underlying cause. At our clinic, we utilize advanced diagnostic and treatment equipment and offer treatment options based on a diagnosis that considers each person's unique physical characteristics. In addition, our clinic is led by a director who is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and spinal cord specialist, recognized by The Japan Orthopaedic Association (JOA). With a broad perspective and extensive knowledge, we provide comprehensive care to support your daily life without pain and with ease of movement.

Sports Orthopedics

*

In our Sports Orthopedic Department, we treat injuries such as sprains and dislocations that occur during sports, as well as pain caused by repetitive movements. If pain is ignored or endured while continuing to push through the physical strain, it can become chronic, leading to both physical and mental stress, which may result in psychogenic pain.
Our clinic is staffed with physicians certified by Japan Medical Association (JMA) as Health Sports Physicians, as well as physical therapists, all of whom have extensive experience and knowledge in sports orthopedics, covering a wide range of sports such as baseball, tennis, track and field, and winter sports. Based on precise diagnostic equipment, we offer treatments tailored to each patient’s specific goals, including training and strategies for preventing recurrence.

Treatment Methods

We offer a treatment plan tailored to each patient's symptoms, overall health, and lifestyle, primarily focusing on physical therapy using exercise, thermal therapy, electrical stimulation, and water, as well as conservative treatments such as medication. In addition to the treatment options listed below, we will propose an individualized plan based on your specific needs.

Block Therapy (Insurance-covered)
Block therapy is a treatment method for nerve and joint pain, where a local anesthetic is injected to provide long-term pain control. The anesthetic works by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the nerves, which not only reduces pain but also helps alleviate muscle contractions and improves blood circulation and muscle stiffness. There are various types of block therapy, such as epidural block for lower back and leg pain, including herniated discs, and stellate ganglion block for neck and upper limb pain or numbness due to cervical spinal stenosis. The specific type of block used is determined based on the patient's pain and symptoms.
PFC-FDTMTherapy (Self-Pay Treatment)
This is a regenerative medicine treatment that uses platelets derived from the patient's own blood. By extracting growth factors from the platelets, which promote tissue repair, and injecting them into the affected area, this therapy provides continuous anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effects, promoting early healing. It is effective for a wide range of conditions, including osteoarthritis of the hip, arthritis, tendonitis, ligament injuries, muscle strains, and more. The therapy helps reduce inflammation around the muscles and promotes the repair of damaged tissues.
